Flexo Printing

DGJS offers custom paper printing for products of various sizes to meet all your individual needs. The quality of our services will help your products stand out from the competition. Our flexo printing service is available in 6 colors, a maximum breadth of 1000mm, a circumference of 1500mm, printing plate thickness of 1.7mm, and a register accuracy within +/-0.12mm.

Flexo printing is a low cost alternative to rotogravure printing and offset printing. The process allows the substrate to be printed on both sides. Our flexo printing process also combines printing, glazing, die cutting, waste discharging, and rolling, making us a one stop solution provider.

Flexo printing provides excellent printing accuracy and is easy to use with a printing precision up to 150 DPI. Designs can vary from the simplest one-color scatter print to rich multi-color designs. Combined with custom-color matching according to your coordinated packaging or selection of PMS color, you are assured the highest-quality print.

We offer an extensive selection of substrates, such as paper sheet, plastic film, aluminum foil, self-adhesive paper, and more. We also make use of water-based and alcohol soluble inks that are non-toxic and pollution free to meet all your requirements, even for food grade packaging solutions.
